           Now this one is totally inspired by ya ya sisterhood, so the name 😍. One of my super creative cousin made it for her son's 🍰 birthday. I thought the idea of doing this with kids would be good fun. So, the planning started a month back. Today it was our first try at colour glaze cake - and it turned out fine!!                Though his instructions were clear, he wanted the outside cake - still I included this as an activity 😜. And yes, mommy instincts are always ......right 😆. They loved the acitivity -And the cake was a delight!!                 During our times, birthday parties were so simple. Few friends coming home - Cake, toffees, Wafers!! Done. If you wanted to make it lavish add 1 samosa to the plate 🤣. That’s it!! And so much fun we used to have.              Times changed - and the plate got loaded with smileys, pizzas...

                With some phases of unlock happening, the lockdown still continues at various levels. At the home , the camp continues....                        Festivals, birthdays, anniversaries, family events and all are coming and going ....everything is getting done in a new way - at home!! Virtual meetings with  the friends and the family has become the "in thing". Come to think of it in a positive way,  for some of us - this year has gone by staying close to the family, spending quality time together....😇                                    But then, sometimes, it is difficult to make yourself understand - that six months have gone by and it may be just another 6 months to go ....or may be more!!                        ...
