Colourburst!!
So that's my color burst attempt for the family... With all the pandemic still around, I am observing that people have accepted it as the part of their lives. It's difficult to understand which way to go...as sitting inside for last many months has been quite damaging. All the weight and wait issues are worth pondering upon....😅 Well, no doubts it's much more scary outside. So I have supposedly taken a mid way path - 😈merry making at home 👹. With family, its always relaxing and refreshing. Finally as the saying goes - "Karo wohi jo mann ko accha lage". Really?!! 😂😠 ....I have these two cute little chipmunks and their list of non stop this and that .....Baaaki ekdum bhaloo aaachi!!!😁 This time I tried this colorburst for family birthday!! The base is normal vanilla sponge. Vanilla Sponge 350 gms - all purpose flour 1/2 tsp - Salt 2.5 tsp - Baking powder 180 gms - unsalted butter 2 tbsp....
